All apps in core_apps are mostly customized django-cms plugins and custom functionality which we can reuse in every project without having to override its components.
The components of 'core_apps' can't be overriden in customer projects. (Except of course templates.) If changes/ fixes to this modules have to be made the allink-core repo has to be updated.

We refer to them as 'core apps'.
